Day 4 part 4
In the afternoon we visited a glacier on the Columbia ice field. In the background of the top picture (where Reb made me pose with the enukshuks (sp?)) is a lateral moraine left behind as the glacier recedes. The rocks in front of the glacier at the bottom of the jumping picture is the terminal moraine formed by the glacier.
